MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

●        KCSE Mean Grade C (Plain) or equivalent.

●        Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, Office Management, Public Administration or related field; Bachelor's degree is an added advantage.

●        Training in Secretarial Studies/Office Administration.

●        Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, internet and electronic records management.

●        Minimum three (3) years' relevant office experience; education or church experience is an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

●        Provide secretarial and administrative support including correspondence, records, filing and meeting coordination.

●        Maintain digital records and support marketing and other duties assigned by the Principal.
